I’ve just spent the past three weeks on a palaeontology dig at the Hills Quarry Products site in Cerney Wick, UK, the very same location featured in the BBC documentary David Attenborough and the Mammoth Graveyard. We were excavating mammoths and Jurassic marine reptiles, and it was an incredible experience with over 200 volunteers (you can find out more by searching #Tuskforce on social media).
My Lace Safety Vest ended up being the most admired high-vis on site! It was durable, comfortable, and fit better than any other safety vest I’ve ever worn. Since the dig was inside an active quarry, health and safety was a top priority. we even had a dedicated Health and Safety Officer. I wouldn’t have been allowed to wear it if it hadn’t met his high PPE standards. ☺️
I was so excited about these vests! My friend and I work for the art department at Burning Man, and we’ll be wearing these the whole time. The quality is amazing. I really wasn’t expecting them to have the double-layer mesh backing. I’m also a set designer in my day-to-day, so these will definitely be making an appearance on set.

Truly one best purchases I have made love mine ordering orange soon. One small request for the future is getting some of the rainbow reflective tape for ravers. Still, the reflective tape is already amazing. It's just an idea for ravers and dancers!!!

This vest surpassed my expectations!!! The mesh eliminates the snagging. The pockets are well thought out ( especially the clear I’d pocket with inside divider) I appreciate the added ring to hang my keys .. the radio latches. This much improved vest would pass The strictest of work regulations for safety vest.

I’m a size 26w on top, 28w on the bottom, and the 3x fits me - starting the zipper is a little snug over the hips but it doesn’t ride up or anything once it’s closed.
I wore it to a concert over the weekend and it looked INCREDIBLE.
